Update Gender Identity on an Individual Record (1 minute)

Learn to update an individual’s gender identity through Student Look-Up.

Transcript Let's review how to update the gender identity field for a student. The gender identity field is optional. It can be updated or added to new or existing individual records through student look-up. Navigate to student look-up. Search for the student and then click update student record. Under select edit option on the update student record page, select other changes or re-enroll student from the drop- down menu. In the gender identity field, select from the available options in the drop-down menu. Make any other changes you need to the record, then click submit.
