Learn how to access the three types of Verification Services reports available: transaction, surcharge, and workflow.

Transcript Located on the dashboard menu by clicking here, you will have access to all available reports for your school that are associated with Verification Services. The transaction report will provide you with a detailed report on all transactions performed by your school. If you do decide to add a surcharge, the transaction report could be a helpful tool in justifying to your higher ups how much potential revenue your school could be bringing in. The surcharge report will let you know how much revenue you're getting back if you decide to add a surcharge. The workflow report will let you know how many verifications you have been completing manually and who has been completing them. This is helpful if you need to find out if you should be adding more staff to help complete pending verifications.
