Welcome to searching for a small group of students for StudentTracker for outreach programs. There are two types of logins available for outreach accounts the user login and the FTP login. Both of these accounts can be accessed from www.studentclearinghouse.org.
The FTP login is a separate shared username and password. This account is used to upload and download reports. In order to have access to lookup students individually using your user login, you will need to return a completed web access form to the email address listed on the form. Please ensure the executive on the account has also filled out the bottom portion of this form. The web ID is unique to each user and there are limits as to how many users with web IDs each account may have. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to enter the student name and date of birth that you are researching and then click submit. At the top, the student name will be displayed as well as any degree information that is available for the student. The bottom section will provide all students enrollment that the institution or institutions have reported to us. Please note in rare instances in the status column, you may see NA populated. This means the school has decided that the enrollment status is not information that will be released. You do have the option under account tools at the top right to print these results. If this message appears after you press submit, it means there was no match made for the student. Due to FERPA regulations, we cannot specify the reason for not locating the student but give you possible reasons. Those reasons include the information entered may not be correct, the record may be blocked by the student, the enrollment predates the school's participation with the Clearinghouse or the student has never been enrolled or reported by the school.
