Add a Degree Record (1 minute)

In this lesson you will learn how to add an individual degree record to the Clearinghouse system.

Transcript In the dashboard menu, click the plus sign. This allows you to add a degree record into our system outside of the degree file or pending process. Please complete the fields as they appear in your records. Once all of the fields have been completed, the submit button will be made available at the end of the page. Please note if your school is active with G from Degree, then you will need to go to the student lookup tab to graduate the student and that's because this record is not coming in on your large conferral files so our system doesn't know to graduate the student.
