Myhub has a few different options for schools to customize the experience for their learners. Let's go over how to set up your institution's preferences in the Myhub Administration dashboard.
To make changes in Myhub, you need the Myhub service administrator role. Now let's get started. Log into the Clearinghouse's secure site and select Myhub dashboard. To customize certificates and determine the certificates you want to offer in Myhub, select manage Myhub configuration.
Here, you can view your school's current elections. To make changes, select edit. Let's start with the general configurations. To enable the courses section on Myhub for your students and alumni, otherwise known as learners, check the box next to displaying Reverse Transfer data in the courses section. If this is unchecked, learners will not see the courses section.
You can also change your institution's display name on certificates. If you are a Transcript Services user, there is a direct connection for students to go to the ordering process and no action is needed on your part. If you don't participate in Transcript Ordering with the Clearinghouse, you have the option to enter a link to your ordering site for learners to have easy access from Myhub.
Next, under enrollment certificate configuration, determine if you'd like to upload your school's logo as a watermark instead of the default Clearinghouse seal. To upload your school's logo, select the upload School logo button and follow the prompts. Once you have successfully uploaded it, you do have the option to delete it.
Learners use enrollment certificates for a variety of reasons including as proof they are still a student and eligible to remain on their parent's insurance. On enrollment certificates, you have the option to display the learner's anticipated graduation date and no longer enrolled status. If your school submits advanced registration files and good student information in your enrollment files, we can provide those certificates to students or you can turn them off if you don't wish to offer those to your students through Myhub. You also have the ability to update language on the advanced registration and good student certificates. We recommend you connect with contacts at your school who work on Verification Services requests to ensure consistent language is provided.
Determine if your school wants student certificates to display the lived name of the student. This is dependent on if your school has submitted lived names on enrollment files. Legal name is the default.
After making your changes, you can preview your edits to see how the certificates will look with your school's name and watermark before saving. You can make changes to your selections at any time.
If you want to leverage badging through a third party, contact your Clearinghouse implementation specialist or account manager. The Clearinghouse will work with those companies to set up the integration. For more information, reach out to your Business Development Executive or Account Manager.
