This session is intended for secondary institutions active with StudentTracker 3.0.

Transcript

In StudentTracker 3.0, there are multiple reports that you can download including the analysis ready report, also known as the ARR, the enrollment report, the retention and persistence report, the graduation outcomes report and the student level detail report.

Let's begin by downloading and saving these reports. After logging into the StudentTracker 3.0 application, navigate to data and reports. In the right column, click the box entitled predefined reports.

You will be taken to the request new predefined reports page where you can request any or all of these reports at any point in time. Check the box next to your desired report and select the cohort year or years that you are interested in downloading. Then click request selected reports at the bottom of the page. It may take up to two hours for your reports to be generated.

Navigate to the tab entitled view previously requested reports. This page will show you all requested reports for your institution and each report will be displayed individually. You will see the latest report generated at the top of the list.

When each report is ready to download, you will see a download button displayed on the far right side of the page. You can refresh the page to see when your report is ready to download by clicking the refresh button at the top right. When ready, click the download button for your recently generated report. It may take a few seconds to download so only click the button once.

You can open the report from your recent downloads history displayed at the top of the browser. Or in your downloads folder you will see that the report is a CSV file. To save any adjustments or formatting you make to your report, you should save it as an Excel workbook or xlsx file. This concludes our instruction on how to download and save your report.

Join us next time to learn how to glean more insight from each of these.
