In this lesson you will learn how to upload a file using the Clearinghouse’s secure FTP site.

This lesson applies to users of any of the StudentTracker Services.

this is a brief tutorial on StudentTracker Uploading your file via the secure FTP account.

Upload your completed file via the FTP site. To log in, go to studentclearinghouse.org and select FTP login. You will be directed to the FTP sign-in page and enter the username and password. Only users with the FTP role assigned to their profile will be able to log in and request a password reset

upload your completed file via the upload button, click the browse button, select the file from where you saved it from your computer. Select ok and then press the Upload button

The logs feature on your FTP account shows and verifies that we've received your StudentTracker file.

to use the logs, click on the log link then all activities will display. once your file has successfully uploaded, all individuals on the FTP notifications list will receive a confirmation email. these same users will also be notified if there are issues preventing the file from being processed.

After the file has been processed, the reports will return back into the received folder of this FTP account.
