National Student Clearinghouse Names Bridget Sedlock as Managing Director, Corporate Services
Herndon, VA (Aug. 15, 2016) — The National Student Clearinghouse, the nation’s trusted source for education verification and student outcomes research, announced today Bridget Sedlock of Clifton, Virginia as Managing Director, Corporate Services.
Reporting to the Clearinghouse’s CEO and President Rick Torres, Ms. Sedlock will work with executives and staff to advance the Clearinghouse’s mission, vision, and core values, while furthering individual business units, workforce planning, human capital practices, and organizational development. In this role, she will oversee staff and responsibilities for Human Resources and Workplace Services, Corporate Communications, and the Office of the President.

Ms. Sedlock was with Rolls-Royce North America since 1998 providing human resource leadership and services to more than 1,300 employees while driving organization effectiveness through organization design, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, talent management, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. She has extensive experience working with all types of teams including technology, operations, scientific, training, executive leadership, and senior leadership.
Prior to her work with Rolls-Royce, Ms. Sedlock managed overseas employment for more than 300 employees at 32 embassies and consulates in Latin America and the Caribbean for the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Inter-American Affairs. She has a bachelor’s in government and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
