Current Term Enrollment Estimates Report Identifies Undergraduate Majors Gaining and Losing Enrollment

Data from the Spring 2018 Current Term Enrollment Estimates report from the National Student Clearinghouse® Research Center™ indicates that enrollments in graduate and professional programs increased by nearly 44,000, but the gains were outweighed by a decrease in undergraduate enrollments. The total postsecondary enrollments are now at 17.8 million, a decline of 1.3 percent compared to spring term 2017.
