How are schools using data to help students achieve their academic and career goals? In our one-day live event, Using Data Campus-wide to Produce Successful Graduates, the Clearinghouse Academy is spotlighting school users who are leveraging StudentTracker® data across the student journey.

“We’re excited to gather a panel of institutional leaders and partners who are superstar users of our StudentTracker service,” said Meghan Godorov, regional director for the Clearinghouse. “This event will shed light on how schools have leveraged this unique service to make informed decisions about their departments, provide critical data about student persistence and outcomes, and tell stories of their students’ pathways and outcomes.”

Join us at the Baltimore Clearinghouse Academy on Nov. 2, 9:30 am-2 pm

From admissions, to programming and advising, to graduation and beyond, a panel of your peers will share how they’re using data to produce successful, well-prepared graduates.

Using Data Campus-wide to Produce Successful Graduates begins at 9:30 a.m. and will kick off with comments from our keynote speaker, Elizabeth Davidson Pisacreta, associate director of policy and research and the project co-lead of the American Talent Initiative with the Aspen Institute. The event, which includes lunch, will end at 2 p.m.

Panel speakers include:

  • Craig A. Claggett, vice president of planning, marketing, and assessment at Carroll Community College will share how StudentTracker allowed his institution to report more accurate outcomes to their governing board, county commissioners, prospective students, and the public.
  • Jonathan Akman, associate director/business analyst from American University will discuss how detailed, multi-year reports from StudentTracker allowed senior administrators to see where different segments of their applicant pool chose to enroll.
  • Cheryl M. Ackerman, director of evaluation, Delaware Environmental Institute at the University of Delaware will speak about how StudentTracker provided an objective measure for evaluating the long-term impact and effectiveness of STEM summer internship programs.

We encourage you to bring along colleagues who may not already know about the power of StudentTracker. Register Now to secure your spot to participate in this one-of-a-kind live event!

We hope you’re able to join us and participate in some rich discussions with your peers!
