Do You Know Who Gets Your Submission Reminder Emails?

by NSC Blog | Aug 23, 2016 | Financial Aid Services |

The Clearinghouse sends reminder emails before your submission is due and if it’s late. The people on your contact list who have the roles listed in the far right column of the table below will receive email reminders. The table below shows when each type of email reminder is sent and to which contacts.

Each participating school has a staff member who serves as their Clearinghouse user administrator. Your Clearinghouse User Administrator can view and edit your contacts to ensure the list is current, all contact information is accurate, and roles (e.g., registrar, financial aid director or submission data) are assigned to the right people.
