National Student Clearinghouse Named One of the Top 100 Workplaces with the Best Benefits
By Bridget Sedlock, Chief People Officer, National Student Clearinghouse
On behalf of the National Student Clearinghouse, I’m very excited to announce our organization has been recognized as one of Mogul’s Top 100 Workplaces with the Best Benefits!
In an online statement, Mogul — a workforce development company that supports diverse individuals and organizations to achieve their goals and cultivate meaningful success — says the organization is “honored to celebrate the diversity, equity, and inclusion benefits that these companies have developed and continue to foster.”
Mogul annually determines the top 100 Workplaces with the Best Benefits through weighted scoring, consideration of the development and implementation of new practices, support and resources for employees, and social contributions to raise the bar for industry-wide work standards.
At the Clearinghouse, one of our core values is being caring and respectful to others. The Clearinghouse culture emphasizes appreciation for the success and well-being of our employees by supporting and celebrating staff and their families through our exemplary benefits program, including the following and more:
- 401(k) with a generous company match
- Comprehensive insurance for health & well-being
- Vacation, holiday, and paid leave program
- Professional development
- Business casual environment
- Fun committees and employee recognition
- Celebrations honoring holidays and diversity
We’re honored and humbled to share this award with other workforce leaders who have made enormous strides in implementing progressive practices and placing more value on work-life balance, creating welcoming environments and communities for employees, and improving workplace standards worldwide.
