National Student Clearinghouse Research Center Collaborates with Jobs for the Future on New Report on Black Learners in IT
The National Student Clearinghouse Research Center partnered with Jobs for the Future’s (JFF) Center for Racial Economic Equity for a new report on Black learners in Information Technology (IT).
Key findings from the report include:
- Black learner participation in associate’s degree and credential IT programs across the country is limited.
- Black learner retention in and completion from these programs is also low.
- Colleges can learn from insights and best practices drawn from administrators at institutions with higher rates of success.
