In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment Reporting

FVT/GE Program Level Report Q&A (60 minutes)
We will review how to successfully complete the final piece of the FVT/GE reporting puzzle ─ the Program Level Report ─ so your institution’s data meet NSLDS reporting expectations in time for the January 15, 2025, reporting deadline. In addition, we will answer your questions on the spot about this functionality during a robust Q&A with your peers at other institutions who have questions about this part of the reporting process.

FVT/GE Pulling it All Together (60 minutes)
This webinar will focus on the final pieces of functionality for FVT/GE, including what happens when the Clearinghouse receives errors back from NSLDS on your reported data. We will walk you through the NSLDS error resolution process, then open the floor to any questions you have on how to successfully leverage the Clearinghouse FVT/GE platform to meet NSLDS reporting requirements.

AACRAO, AIR, and NSC to Provide Update on GE and FVT Regulations Scheduled to go into effect January 15, 2025 (60 minutes)
Join AACRAO and the National Student Clearinghouse for a discussion about the implementation of the Gainful Employment (GE) and Financial Value Transparency (FVT) data submission deadline of January 15, 2025 and any possible changes the incoming administration is considering.

During this session, AACRAO and the Clearinghouse will provide updates on what actions higher education is taking as well as provide information on the outreach that institutions have had with the Clearinghouse for their service to help institutions comply with the January 15th deadline.

Enrollment Reporting

Miss one of our Enrollment Reporting webinars? Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with Title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Enrollment Reporting Part 7: The Lender & NSLDS SSCR Process (30 minutes)
Learn how eligible student enrollment data submitted to the Clearinghouse is integrated into the NSLDS and lender processes. We’ll also review the NSLDS reporting tab and SSCR errors.

Postsecondary Data Partnership

Understanding the Postsecondary Data Partnership Institution-Level Dashboards (90 minutes)
The Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) is a set of online dashboards that can transform how your institution understands and shares information about student success. These dashboards provide early momentum and outcomes metrics to help stakeholders advance student success and identify equity gaps. This workshop is focused on helping those new to the PDP, or those interested in learning more about the PDP, better navigate these dashboards and use this information to improve student outcomes.
