Institution-Specific 2013 Cohort Completion Data Now Available for Eligible StudentTracker Premium Users

by NSC Blog | Apr 17, 2020 | Research Services, Service Updates, StudentTracker

Eligible StudentTracker Premium subscribers can now access six-year completion rate reports, specific to their institution, for the 2013 cohort.

The reports are available to StudentTracker Premium users when an institution meets the following eligibility requirements:

  • Is a two-year public or four-year public/private institution
  • Has at least 50 students in the defined cohort
  • Participates in our DegreeVerify service
  • Has reported enrollment and degree records to the Clearinghouse for at least four years prior to the cohort
  • Is a main campus (branch 00)
  • Meets other criteria established by our Research Center

Below is a sample pair of tables showing completion rates by gender. There are six pairs of tables in the report, one for your school and one for your national sector benchmark, which includes enrollment intensity, gender, age group at first entry, race/ethnicity, and combinations of these disaggregations.

Once the most recent Completions rate report (currently for 2013 cohort) is available for an institution, their Research Center Reports Data Visualizations (by gender) will be updated as well, like in the examples below.

StudentTracker for Colleges and Universities draws on our nationwide source of college enrollment and degree data. More than 3,700 colleges and universities — enrolling over 99 percent of all students in public and private U.S. institutions — regularly provide enrollment and graduation data to the Clearinghouse.

StudentTracker Premium Service adds a robust suite of research tools to your standard StudentTracker subscription, which includes institution-specific versions of national Signature and Snapshot reports published by the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center.

To learn more on how to access StudentTracker Premium reports, or to find out if your institution is eligible to receive this data, contact your Regional Director.
