The Final Piece: The Clearinghouse FVT/GE Program-Level Report (60 minutes)

See how the Clearinghouse builds your institution’s dataset (including identifying programs you will need to report), the critical information associated with your programs for the most recently completed Award Year, and how our website walks you through the confirmation of data and addition of information (like accreditation and licensure exams), which your institution provides through our platform. Postsecondary Data Partnership
Using the PDP to Support a Student-Centered Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (2 hours)
Continuous quality improvement (CQI) aims to create measurable improvement in an institution’s efficiency and effectiveness in its operational practices and processes to improve student access, retention, and outcomes. This process is often used in institutional accreditation as evidence of quality processes and in efforts to measure and improve student learning. This workshop provides participants with an understanding of the CQI process, using the PDP to identify a challenge facing a particular student population, constructing an improvement plan, and creating a strategy to share this process and findings with institutional stakeholders to create buy-in and effect change.

Using the PDP to Understand Academic Momentum: Strategies for Timely College Completion (2 hours)

The Postsecondary Data Partnership dashboards (PDP) provide institutions with the opportunity to analyze metrics that demonstrate student academic load and credit progression. In this workshop, we use the PDP dashboards to examine early momentum metrics to help institutions understand which student populations are accumulating sufficient credits to graduate on time and which populations would benefit from additional support structures

These dashboards provide early momentum and outcomes metrics to help stakeholders advance student success and identify equity gaps. This workshop is focused on helping those new to the PDP, or those interested in learning more about the PDP, better navigate these dashboards and use this information to improve student outcomes.
