StudentTracker for High Schools Users, Get Ready for StudentTracker 3.0!

The Clearinghouse is hard at work on a major upgrade to StudentTracker (that we’re calling StudentTracker 3.0), which will transform the way StudentTracker for High Schools users access and interact with student data and provide the best possible insights into student outcomes.

StudentTracker 3.0 will be rolled out in multiple phases. Here’s what StudentTracker for High Schools users can expect:

• The first phase will focus on reports and outcomes and include a new dashboard landing page, the ability for you to interact with the data, an analysis-ready report (one row per student), single student search, and account transparency.
• Between late spring 2022 and early 2023, StudentTracker for High School users will be migrated to the new service and have access to the functionality launched in the first phase.
• Shortly after the launch of the first phase, additional reporting and outcomes and a new file submission process will be rolled out. This includes additional optional data elements for your submission file that can help you better understand your students’ outcomes using multiple dimensions.
• In 2023 and 2024, we plan to expand StudentTracker 3.0 to include an optional premium-level service that will include employment outcomes and further enhance the student outcomes returned to you.
